摘要
分校区教育管理具有特殊性,在运行机制、组织管理和心理教育等管理工作内容上都呈现出新的特点和要求。对管理工作中的问题提出几点建议,对分校区教育管理工作进行一定改革与创新。
Due to the special characteristics of education management in division campus of school, new and innovative requirements in management process including operational principles, organization management and psychological education are necessary to focus. Thus, how to overcome all these problems in management, some suggestion is provided to enhance and promote the education management in division campus of school.
