Three-dimensional Molding and NC Simulation Manufacturing for Typical Parts on CAXA-ME

基于CAXA-ME的CAD/CAM功能,用其CAD模块对零件进行三维实体建模,用其CAM模块对零件进行加工模型的创建、加工设置、成型过程仿真和数控编程,利用制造工程师CAM系统的后处理功能,自动生成零件的数控加工NC代码,提高零件的设计、制造速度。

Based on the CAD/CAM functions of CAXA-ME,the three-dimensional solid model was generated by using its CAD module,its CAM module was used to create a process model,process settings,forming process simulation and numerical control programming.The post-processing functions of the CAM module can be applied to automatically generate the NC code of the parts for CNC machining,which improved the parts design and manufacture velocity.
