上海市某区农村育龄妇女生殖道感染现状及影响因素

Study on the Status Quo of Reproductive Tract Infections and its Influencing Factors among Reproductive Age Women in Shanghai Rural Area

目的描述上海市某区农村育龄妇女生殖道感染(RTIs)现状及其影响因素。方法通过随机整群抽样抽取上海市某区15～49岁1062名农村育龄妇女,采用现场调查和妇科检查收集资料并进行分析。结果农村育龄妇女RTIs罹患率为46.3%,其中一种RTIs的人数比例为38.6%,两种RTIs的人数比例为7.0%,三种及以上人数比例为0.8%。经单因素卡方检验及多因素非条件logistic回归分析显示,RTIs的影响因素包括文化程度、RTIs相关知识、月人均收入、医疗费支付形式、是否以淋浴方式洗澡、初次性生活年龄、性伴侣数、丈夫职业等。结论上海农村育龄妇女生殖道感染发生率低于其他地区,受多种因素影响,应大力开展有针对性的健康教育和健康干预。

Objective To describe the status of reproductive tract infections（RTIs） and its influencing factors among reproductive age women in Shanghai rural area.Methods 1062 Shanghai rural women of reproductive age（15～49 years-old） was selected by random cluster sampling.Data was collected and analyzed through on-site investigation and gynecological examinations.Results The prevalence rate of RTIs among reproductive age women in Shanghai rural area was 46.3%,38.6% of the subjects suffered one kind of RTIs,7.0% of the subjects suffered two kinds of RTIs,0.8% of the subjects suffered three kinds of RTIs.χ2 test and multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that education,knowledge related RTIs,income,pay forms of medical insurance,shower facilities,age of first intercourse,the number of sexual partners and the husband＇s job are the influence factors of RTIs.Conclusion The prevalence rate of RTIs among reproductive age women in Shanghai rural areas was lower than that in other provinces of China,but still cannot be ignored.It was influenced by many factors and should be vigorously carried out targeted health education and health interventions.
