三相变压器直流电阻不平衡对变压器本身, 以及与变压器相连的其它设备的正常运行有影响。讨论了三相变压器在生产过程中由线圈导线材质、引线结构、线圈与引线的焊接质量以及成品装配所导致的直流电阻不平衡率超标的原因,并着重对由引线结构所导致的直流电阻不平衡率超标的原因进行了理论分析,
The unequal phases resistance of a transformer has effects on the operation of the transformer and the connected equipments. The reasons of that the three phases resistance unequal goes beyond the limit, which are rea discussed in the paper, are the winding conductor quality, the lead structure, the conductor and lead welding and the assembly of the transformer. The stress is placed on the theoretic analysis of the lead structure which causes the DC resistance unequal to go over the limit. Based on the analysis, the solving methods are given.
