摘要
由散热片下集箱连接进出水的热水取暖采用"皿"字形安装连接方式,存在供暖水流主体短路问题,散热片内水体处于仅仅依靠冷热水重度差自然循环上下缓慢运动模式,散热片内总的水体平均温度低,供暖效果差。改进时必须使进出水口分别位于上集箱和下集箱,此时,散热片内水体处于强制流动模式,提高排气阀密封性能并及时排气。
The hot water heating system is installed with the paralleled heat sink for connecting the inlet and outlet water.Short-circuit exists in the main heating water flow of this system.The water in the heat sink just flows up and down with natural circulation patterns and the gravity difference.And the average temperature of the water is low in the heat sink with worse heating efficiency.In order to improve the system,the inlet and outlet water points must be arranged at the top and bottom containers respectively,so the water in the heat sink must be forced to flow.Meanwhile,the sealing performance of the exhaust valve should be optimized with timely discharge.
