摘要
墙体保温有外保温、内保温、夹心保温3种形式,各有利弊。山西多数地区位于寒冷地区,且具有丰富的煤矸石资源,利用烧结煤矸石多孔砖墙进行承重,并在外墙内侧加无机保温砂浆,建造6层以下的多层建筑,既可以满足寒冷地区节能要求,又具有很好的社会效益和经济效益。选择山西省3个烧结煤矸石厂生产的多孔砖,进行3种不同构造做法的墙体传热系数研究,得出了烧结煤矸石多孔砖墙加50 mm厚保温砂浆的墙体内保温,完全可以满足山西省忻州以南地区65%的节能要求。
The wall thermal insulation includes the internal thermal insulation,the external thermal insulation and the interlayer insulation.Each method has its own advantages and disadvantages.Because there are plenty of resources of coal gangue in Shanxi where most of places are in cold region,the sintered coal gangue brick forming the bearing walls combined with the inorganic thermal insulation mortar are used to build the six-storey high building,which meets the need of the energy conservation,as well as good social and economic benefits in cold regions.Three heat transfer coefficients of three different sintered coal gangue brick produced in factories are analyzed by three different manufacturing methods.The conclusion is that the internal thermal insulation made of the sintered coal gangue brick and 50mm thermal insulation mortar could totally reach the requirement of 65% energy conservation in the south of Xinzhou in Shanxi province.
