摘要
从节能建筑、绿色建筑在我国的推广实施,分析低碳建筑应制定出相应的国家标准和规范,指导和约束人们的低碳意识和行为,尽早实现低碳建筑在我国的推行。
The energy-efficiency and environmental protection buildings are constructed in China gradually.The related national standard and norms shall be issued for the low carbon buildings,in order to conduct people to save energy.
