紫锥菊注射液鸡胚内抗新城疫病毒作用研究

Effects of Echinacea Injection Against Newcastle Disease Virus in Chick Embryo

为研究紫锥菊注射液的抗病毒作用,用鸡胚培养法和血凝试验(HA)测定了紫锥菊注射液及对照药液对感染新城疫病毒鸡胚的保护作用。结果显示,紫锥菊注射液对鸡胚无毒。试验Ⅰ组(紫锥菊注射液和新城疫病毒液混合接种组)对鸡胚保护率达75%,其尿囊液HA滴度为0。试验Ⅱ组(利巴韦林注射液和新城疫病毒液混合接种组)对鸡胚的保护率为37.5%,HA滴度6log2。阳性对照组(新城疫病毒液接种组)鸡胚100%死亡,HA滴度9log2。阴性对照组(生理盐水接种组)鸡胚100%存活,HA滴度0。试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组与阳性对照组在P<0.001、P<0.05统计学水平上均存在显著差异。研究结果表明,天然药物紫锥菊注射液对鸡胚无毒性作用,它能提高NDV感染鸡胚的存活率,降低NDV感染鸡胚的HA滴度,有望成为抗新城疫病毒感染的有效防治药物。

Chick embryo culture and hemagglutination assay（HA） were used to evaluate the protection effect of Echinacea injection against Newcastle disease virus.No side-effect of Echinacea injection on chick embryo was observed.The chick embryo survival rates of group Ⅰ（vaccinated with mixture of Echinacea injection and Newcastle disease virus）,group Ⅱ（vaccinated with mixture of Ribavirin injection and Newcastle disease virus）,the positive-control group（vaccinated with Newcastle disease virus） and the negative-control group（vaccinated with normal saline（NS） 0.2 mL） were 75%,37.5%,0%,100%,respectively.And the HA titers of allantoic fluid collected from these embryos were 0,6 log2,9 log2 and 0,respectively.The differences between groupⅠ,group Ⅱ and positive-control group were significant at 0.001,0.05 levels respectively.The results showed that there was no side-effect of Echinacea injection on chick embryo.The Echinacea injection could improve chick embryo survival rate and decrease HA titer of chick embryo infected with Newcastle disease virus.It could be a kind of preventive medicine against Newcastle disease virus.
