摘要
虽然羊毛纤维的吸湿性较好,但其制品在干燥环境下仍然会出现静电现象。文章利用化学方法制备抗静电羊毛纤维,着重探讨此种纤维的纺纱性能。通过对原羊毛纤维和化学处理后所得的抗静电羊毛纤维的理化性能进行测试,从纤维的长度、细度、拉伸性能、卷曲性能和摩擦性能等方面进行纤维的可纺性分析,并合理确定纺纱工艺进行纯纺实验。对所纺制的2种羊毛纱线的基本性能进行测试。分析发现:由抗静电羊毛纤维制备的羊毛纱也具有抗静电性能,且在相同纺纱工艺参数下抗静电羊毛纱与原羊毛纱的基本物理性能相差不大,纺制的纱线可以满足一般服用性能。
Although the moisture of wool fiber is better,its products also show the phenomenon of static electricity in the dry condition.The paper focused on the spinnability of the antistatic wool fiber,which was obtained by the chemical method.Through the analysis of the antistatic wool fiber's physical properties such as fiber length,fineness,fiber tensile strength,fiber crimp,fiber frictional resistance and so on,rational spinning process was determined.The performances of yarns were tested and the results showed that the wool yarn which was spun by the antistatic wool fiber had antistatic performance.Under the same spinning parameters,the difference of basic performances between antistatic wool yarn and the original wool yarn was very little and the antistatic wool yarn can meet the general performance.
