摘要
介绍枣树脱除MLO的理论依据,茎尖组织培养和热处理后茎尖培养2种常见脱除MLO的组织培养技术,阐述症状观察法、电子显微镜法、荧光染色等几种枣树脱毒苗检测方法的特点。
Theoretical foundation of Ziziphus jujube Mill var.inermis（Bunge）Rehd.Removal MLO,and 2 removal MLO tissue cultures of stem tip tissue culture fore and after heat treatment was introduced,the several testing methods that Ziziphus jujube Mill var.inermis（Bunge）Rehd.virus-free seeding of symptom observation,electron microscope,fluorescent staining were expounded by authors.
