摘要
介绍了印染厂废水处理提标改造后部分回用情况。在确定30%回用水的水质要求的前提下,采用以半透膜为分离介质的超滤系统(UF)对废水进行处理。经调试和运行实践证实,回用水水量和水质符合设计要求,能满足生产中某些工艺(染色除外)的用水需求。
To reuse 30% of all treated effluents, the ultrafiltration system （UF） with a semi-permeable membrane as separation medium is applied, and the reusing process is introduced in details. Adjusting and running situation shows that the quantity and quality of reusing water can meet the design requirements. The treated water is reused in commonly production process except dyeing.
