发挥高校关工委独特优势 加强大学生思想政治教育

Taking the unique advantage of Committee for Next Generation in Universities,for the reinforcement of the ideological and political education for college students

高校"三老"(老干部、老教师、老职工)是宝贵的教育资源,理应得到充分的重视和利用。本文首先分析了高校关工委的独特优势,以及其对大学生思想教育的独特作用,最后就如何充分发挥高校关工委的优势,更好地开展思想政治教育工作进行了初步探索;指出发挥高校"三老"的智慧优势、政治优势、威望优势、经验优势、亲情优势是高校关工委工作的有效途径。

This article mainly elaborates the significance of how to make full use of the retired teachers.It analysizes the unique advantage of Committee for Next Generation in Universities（CNG）,and the unique role of the CNG for the ideological and political education.In devotion to the college students of ideological and political education through the CNG some strategies were put forward.Cooperating and reinforcing the ideological education for college students is the exerting point of CNG.Taking the full advantage of intelligence superiority,politics superiority,prestige superiority,experience superiority,emotion superiority,is the effective way for CNG.
