高热密度水冷机柜制冷系统的方案设计与运用

摘要 高热密度水冷机柜制冷系统能有效解决超级计算机刀片服务器的散热问题。系统包含初级和次级两个独立的水循环,通过具有智能热交换控制功能的热交换柜互相隔离,控制冷却水温度始终高于露点温度,从而防止机房内冷凝水析出的风险。全密闭式水冷机柜作为制冷和散热终端,柜内空气循环系统采用正面送风,背面排风的形式。系统具有制冷量大、制冷效率高、稳定可靠等特点。 The water-cooled cabinet cooling system can effectively solve the problem of heat discharge for blade servers with features of high heat-density in supercomputer.This system including two independent water circulatory networks:primary and secondary,both of them separated by a heat exchanger with function of intelligent temperature control,cooling water supply to cabinet will be always controlled above the dew-point temperature so as to prevent water condensation.The closed water-cooled cabinet is used as cooling terminal.Air circulation in the cabinet is air supply in the front and air return in the rear.This cooling system has features such as high-lever cooling capacity,high-lever efficiency,stable and reliable.
