摘要
目的探讨子宫平滑肌瘤的发生与细胞凋亡的关系。方法采用免疫组化技术监测子宫肌瘤患者的肌瘤核组织(实验组)及其周围正常肌组织(对照组)中,p53基因蛋白产物、Fas配体(Fas-L)基因蛋白产物及Bcl-2基因蛋白产物的表达。结果实验组各项阳性表达:p53蛋白为3667%,Fas-L蛋白为5667%,Bcl-2蛋白为7742%;对照组各项阳性表达:p53蛋白为2000%,Fas-L蛋白为9000%,Bcl-2蛋白为4483%。实验组Fas-L蛋白的表达明显低于对照组(P<001),而Bcl-2蛋白的表达则明显高于对照组(P<001)。结论子宫肌瘤的发生与细胞凋亡异常有密切关系。
Objective\ To investigate the relationship between apoptosis and human uterine leiomyoma.Methods\ The expression of p53,Fas-Ligand and Bcl-2 protein were examined immunohistochemically in leiomyoma(experimental group)and adjacent normal myometrium(control group).Results\ The positive rate of Fas-L in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group.The postitive rate of Bcl-2 in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group.No significant difference of the positive rate of p53 between the two groups was observed.Conclusion\ Abnormal apoptosis may play a role in the etiology of human uterine leiomyoma.
