摘要
从20世纪50年代至今,随着高等教育的改革和发展及当代大学生发展的新需要,高校辅导员由最初单一的思想政治工作的职能发展为思想政治教育、大学生事务管理和大学生发展指导等多种职能。这一变化带来了辅导员职能结构失衡,自身角色冲突等新问题,解决这些问题的最终途径是推进辅导员工作的专业化和职业化。
Since 1950s,higher education reform and the demand of new era talent cultivation have transformed college advisors from simple workers of ideological and political education to office managers,career guiders as well as workers of ideological and political education.The change has given rise to problems such as structural unbalance and role conflict.The paper holds that the solution lies with professionalization and specialization of college counselors＇ work.
