摘要
本文以常州机电职业技术学院为例,分析了辅导员队伍的现状及存在的问题,明确了辅导员队伍职业化、专业化、专家化建设的具体目标和建设路径。
This article is a case study of CZIMT.It makes an analysis of the status quo of the present college counseling team,points out the problems and then discusses ways to achieve the objective of turning college counselors into professionals,experts and specialists.
