摘要 从是否具有社会服务的功能,是否具有专门的知识体系和专业技能,是否有高度的自主权和权威性的专业组织等职业标准衡量,高校辅导员处于准职业和准专业发展阶段。其职业和专业的发展既表现为辅导员群体社会地位的提高,更体现为辅导员个体职业和专业水平的提升,包括增强职业归属,实现专业认同,确立职业理想,实现专业自主,加强专业学习,提升履职能力。 Judging by whether they are performing social service function,what professional knowledge and skills they possess and whether there is high-degree professional autonomy and authoritative organization,college advisors as a whole are now at the stage of quasi-professionalism.Professional development of advisors involves not only the promotion of their social status.More importantly,it requires individual advisors to strengthen their sense of group identity,set high ideals,and constantly work to increase their professional knowledge and improve their professional skills and executive abilities.
