摘要
对河南省部分高校397名大一学生的调查表明,有30%的学生存在不同程度的抑郁情绪。产生的主要原因依次为:学习目标、学习压力、担忧未来、专业困惑、不够自信、环境适应中的现实矛盾和冲突。因此,要加强大学新生学习适应教育和职业发展教育,培养其积极的应对方式和自我调适能力,同时,要建立和强化帮助学生排解抑郁的社会支持系统。
Surveys of 397freshmen from universities in Henan province indicate that 30% experience depressed mood to varying degrees,stemming from their learning objectives,study stress,confusion about their major,lack of confidence and from contradictions and conflicts they experience in adapting to the new environment.Colleges and universities must reinforce orientation education to help freshmen form a positive coping style.At the same time,we should build up a social support system to help students overcome their depression.
