Low-income college graduates who settle in a compact community, also referred to as "ant tribe",have formed another characteristic group after peasant workers and laid-off workers, whose distinctive features include high intelligence, weak social position and group living.Surveys reveal that the major considerations in their choice of occupation are personal development, family life, work security, contribution and collectivism, respect and honor, and social relations. In view of this, colleges and universities should reinforce students' occupational values education,end-users must work to enhance college graduates' professionalism and the Government must make policies encouraging college students to go back and serve upon graduation.
