摘要
调查表明,大学生学习动机表现出取向的多样性、性别和出生背景的差异性和发展可变性的特点。部分大学生兴趣缺乏、动力缺失、习得性无助和规划意识淡薄。对此,大学生应积极培养兴趣、努力激发动机、不断自我激励、及时制定目标。教师应加强对学生的指导,改进教学方法,家长应对孩子有良好的教育和期望。
As surveys show,university students' learning motivation is characterized by diversified orientation,gender and origin differentiation and developmental variability.Some students show no interest,no motivation but learned helplessness and weak planning awareness.This paper urges university students to actively build interest in their studies,constantly stimulate themselves and make timely objectives.Teachers should provide more and better guidance to students and constantly improve their teaching techniques,and parents must also educate their children in a correct way.
