Influence of short-term economic shock on agricultural product export trade in Liaoning Province

辽宁是农产品出口大省,受金融危机的爆发和蔓延、国际市场需求萎缩、贸易保护主义抬头、人民币升值及农产品竞争力降低等因素的制约,辽宁农产品出口贸易总额出现下滑趋势。对此,应开拓多元化的出口市场、加强农产品出口基地建设、鼓励和培育龙头企业、扩大吸引农业外资规模、调整农业结构、发挥国际贸易促进体系作用,以降低贸易风险,提高应对危机的能力。

Liaoning is one of the biggest export provinces of agricultural product in China. Restricted by the outburst and spread of financial crisis, the demand shrinkage of international market, the resurgence of trade protectionism, the appreciation of RMB, and the competitiveness reduction of agricultural product, etc., the export amount of agricultural product in Liaoning Province has a declining tendency. Therefore, some countermeasures are proposed, namely, to explore diversified export markets, to strengthen the export base construction of agricultural product, to encourage and foster leading enterprises, to enlarge the scale of attracting foreign investment in agricultural industry, to adjust agricultural structure, and to exert the function of international trade promotion system, in order to reduce the risk of trade and improve the ability of dealing with the crisis.
