外伤性软组织内异物162例的诊治体会

Diagnosis and treatment of traumatic soft-tissue foreign bodies:experience of 162 cases

目的探讨各种外伤性软组织内异物的诊断途径和处理方法。方法对162例外伤性软组织内异物的诊治过程进行回顾性分析。结果 95例金属异物的确诊率为100%,摘除率为97.9%;67例非金属异物的确诊率为95.5%,摘除率为92.5%。结论异物的诊断方法主要靠详细询问病史及体格检查、X线和超声波检查;处理上大多数浅表异物的摘除都比较简单,少数深部软组织散在、多个异物的摘除往往比较棘手,视具体情况具体处理。

Objective To explore the diagnostic ways and treatment methods of various kinds of traumatic soft-tissus foreign bodies. Methods The diagnosis and the treatment of 162 patients with traumatic soft-tissus foreign bodies were retrospeetivery analyzed. Results Among 95 patients with metallic foreign bodies, the final diagnosis rate was 100% and the successful extraction rate was is 97. 9% ; but among 67 patients with non-metallic foreign bodies, the final diagnosis rate was 95.5% and the successful extraction rate was 92. 5%. Conclusion The diagnosis of the foreign bodies mainly depends on detailed inquiry, the medical examination, X-ray and ultrasonic examina- tion. The mosdy superficial foreign bodies always earl be taven out easily, but a few foreign bodies, such as the deep, seatteredand multiple foreign bodies, may be tronblesome.
