腰椎间盘突出症48例围手术期的整体护理

Perioperative holistic nursing for 48 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion

目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症患者围手术期的护理措施。方法对48例腰椎间盘突出症患者,在手术前给予心理护理及相应的术前术后护理,手术后进一步加强康复功能锻炼指导。结果患者全部康复出院,无术后并发症发生。结论整体护理对腰椎间盘突出症手术治疗后的恢复有显著效果,临床上值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the perioperative nursing measures for patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods A total of 48 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were recruited. The preoperative service including psychological guidance and corresponding nursing instruction were provided, and postoperatire care focus on further enhancing convalescent exercise and basic nursing care combined with psychological nursing and communication. Results All the patients were discharged without complications. Conclusion Holistic nursing has a remarkable effect on postoperative recovering of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion and is worth clinically popularizing.
