摘要 二氧化碳气腹能改善腹腔镜手术的显露,减少术中损伤,但气腹会对身体诸多器官系统产生影响,甚至带来严重后果。该文综述了腹腔镜手术中二氧化碳气腹的生理效应及围术期的肺功能保护的研究进展。 Carbon dioxide pneumoperitoncum can distend the peritoneal space and reduce risk of intraoperatire injuries of abdominal viscera. Its disadvantage is that it would have an impact on many organ systems of the body, and even lead to serious consequences. This article reviews the physiological effects of carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum during laparoscopie surgery and lung protective measures during perioperative period.
