民办高校教师队伍的师德水平,直接关系到民办高校的内涵建设和在高校中的核心竞争力,因此研究民办高校师德现状,探索并建立民办高校师德建设长效机制,对于促进我国民办高校教师队伍建设和民办高校内涵建设具有十分重要的现实意义。

The ethical level of teaching faculty in private universities is directly concerned with their connotation construction and core competitiveness.Therefore,studying the status quo of teachers＇ ethics in private universities and exploring to establish a permanent teaching ethical construction mechanism for private universities are practically meaningful and significant to the promotion of private university teaching staff construction and connotation construction.
