摘要
构建"校企合作"的有效机制,是职业教育人才培养的必然要求。本文针对"校企合作"中存在的机制问题进行了阐述与分析,就建立"校企合作"的有效综合机制体系,促进行业、企业参与职业教育,进行了认真思考,并提出"校企合作"机制构建的基本思路。
It is the necessary requirement of talents＇ training in vocational education to construct the effective mechanism of the cooperation between colleges and enterprises.This paper analyzes and discusses the mechanism problems existing in the cooperation.It makes a full thought on establishing the effective comprehensive mechanism system of the cooperation between colleges and enterprises to promote industries and enterprises to participate in vocational education,and puts forward the basis thought of establishing its mechanism.
