目前许多高校管理信息系统都是分散在各个业务部门的,并且不兼容,没有统一的数据库,因此有必要构建一套统一数据库模式的管理信息系统。构建一套统一数据库模式的管理信息系统,首先要统一规划体系构建过程,然后进行需求分析、构建观念模型、构建数据库关系模式,最后进行物理实施。同时,在实施中要做好系统维护和数据库安全工作。

At present many management systems in higher colleges spread in each business department,and incompatible without united database.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a set of united database mode of management information system.In order to do it,firstly it regulates system constructing process unified.Then it makes need analysis,constructs concept model and establishes database relation mode.Lastly,it makes physical implementation.At the same time,the work of system maintenance and database security should be done well in the implementation.
