摘要
分析"以人为本"与热带农业科研单位绩效考核评价创新的内在统一关系,热带农业科研单位绩效考核评价指标体系:指标体系设计的方法、具体环节、创新性等,提出把公平、和谐、公开和单位与职工的关系纳入热带农业科研单位绩效考核评价指标体系。
The relationship between "people-orientation" and performance evaluation at tropical agricultural research institutions is analyzed. The performance evaluation indexes at tropical agricultural research institutions are put forward, in which fairness, harmony, openness and relation between unit and worker should be included.
