摘要
对一个制造与再制造业务并存的生产系统进行研究。在此系统中,旧产品从顾客返回,因再制造能力的不足,仅有部分用于再制造,其余的被处置。恒定的需求由服务性产品来满足,允许缺货但需完全拖后补足。服务性产品库存由制造新品与再制造品组成,可翻新品库存由用于再制造的旧产品组成。在(1,R)策略下构建了库存决策模型,给出了确定最优制造与再制造批量等决策变量的求解方法,得到了相应的求解公式。
A production system is investigated in this paper, in which manufacturing and remanufacturing co-exist. In this system, of the used products recovered from customers, some are reused while the rest are disposed of due to limited remanufacturing capacity; the demand is constant and fulfilled by the serviceable products, and inventory shortage is permitted and requires complete backorder. The serviceable inventory consists of newly manufactured products and remanufactured products while The recoverable inventory consists of used products for remanufacturing. An Inventory decision-making model is formulated under the (1,R) policy, the solution procedure of which is given to determine the optimal manufacturing and remanufacturing lot-sizes and other decision-making variables after the relevant formulae are derived.
