天津市农民科技需求意愿调查与实证研究

Investigation and Empirical Studies on Farmers' Willingness of Demanding Science and Technology in Tianjin City

农民对农业科技成果的需求决定着农业科技创新和推广的方向。文章利用对天津市蔬菜种植户对科技需求的调查数据,探讨了农民科技需求的特点和获得科技信息的渠道,运用二元选择模型实证研究农民采用农业科技成果的意愿及影响因素,结果发现,农民对农业科技的需求十分旺盛;信息渠道、家庭年收入、技术效果信任度、参加农业科技活动和风险偏好是影响农民采用科技成果意愿的主要因素,并针对这一结论,提出了相应发展对策,以期有助于确定农业科技创新与推广工作的重点。

In the aspect of agricultural science and technology, the farmers＇ demand on the achievements determines its direction in innovation and extension. Using the data of vegetable growers＇ survey for technology, the characteristics of farmers＇ technology needs and the channel by which farmers get scientific information were explored in the paper. Farmers＇ willingness of demanding science and technology and its influencing factors were empirically studied by binary choice model. The results showed that farmers have great demand for agricultural technology. The main factors which affect farmers＇ willingness to adopt scientific and technological achievements include information channels, family income, the confidence on technical effect, participation in activities of agricultural science and technology, risk preferences. According to the results of this study, corresponding measures were proposed to help determining the focus of agricultural science and technology innovation and extension.
