摘要
文章利用电聚合法制备出银/乙二胺修饰电极,并研究H2O2在该修饰电极上的电化学行为,并考察实验条件的影响.实验结果表明:在pH6.7的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,银/乙二胺修饰电极对H2O2具有良好催化还原作用,H2O2在修饰电极上产生一对较好的氧化还原峰,峰电位分别为Epa=0.344 V,Epc=-0.215 V.线性范围为2.0×10-5~8.0×10-4 mol.L-1,检出限为1.0×10-6 mol.L-1.用于样品中H2O2的测定,结果满意.
In this paper,glassy carbon electrode modified with silver and ethylenediamine was prepared by electropolymerization,and the electrochemical behavior of electrode modified with nano-silver and ethylenediamine in hydrogen peroxide solution was studied and the best response conditions was detected. Experimental results showed that in the pH6.7 phosphate buffer solution,electrode modified with nano-silver and ethylenediamine had a good catalytic reduction effect on hydrogen peroxide,with the hydrogen peroxide producing a pair of good redox peak on modified electrodes.Peak potential for Epa = 0.344 V respectively,Epc =-0.215 V.Linear range of 1.0 × 10^-5 ~ 9.0 × 10^-4 mol/L,detect limit for 1.0 × 10^-6 mol/L.The method is applied to the determination of hydrogen peroxide in the Disinfectant with satisfactory results.
