扬州市水土保持监督执法存在的问题及对策

Problems of Law Enforcement in Supervision of Soil and Water Conservation in Yangzhou City and Countermeasures

随着改革开放的不断深入、中国市场经济的发展和社会的进步,各类资源开发迅速,而在这一发展过程中,出现了很多问题。文章通过综合分析扬州市当前水土保持监督执法的核心问题,创新性地提出了适合扬州市水土保持监督执法的施行对策,如进一步健全完善水土保持法律法规体系、加强水土保持监督执法队伍建设、开展水土保持监督执法规范化建设等,以期能够为扬州市水土保持监督执法体系完善提供理论参考,并为其他地区水土保持监督执法提供借鉴方案,科学地防患我国水土流失,造福后代。

With the deepening of reform and opening up, China＇s market economy development and social progress, resources and land have been developing rapidly. However, there have been many problems in the process. By analysing core issues in law enforcement in supervision of soil and water conservation in Yangzhou city, innovative countermeasures were put forward, such as perfecting soil and water conservation laws and regulations, strengthening construction of supervising and implementing team, and standardizing law enforcement in supervision of soil and water conservation. This will provide reference for perfecting law enforcement system in supervision of soil and water conservat ion in Yangzhou city and other areas. It will be of significance for scientific conservation of soil and water and making the future better.
