农民工返乡回流的经济学思考

The Economic Thinking of the Migrant Workers Returning to Hometowns

从表象上看,农民工大规模返乡回流在很大程度上是受国际金融危机影响所致;但理性地从经济学的视野来分析,其深层次的原因则是,随着国际市场对外向型产品升级换代标准的提高及我国产业结构的不断升级,大量农民工人力资源对这一变化不适应。这也反映出我国依靠廉价农民工取得出口优势的发展模式已经逐渐失去生命力。因此,我国走新型工业化道路需要加大对农民工人力资本的投放,推进新型工业化不能脱离农业现代化。

Ostensibly,the large-scale returning of migrant workers is largely due to the influence of the international financial crisis.But when analyzed rationally from an economic perspective,the reasons are that the migrant workers can not adapt to the improvement of exporting goods standard and the escalation of China＇s industrial structure and that the developing model relying on cheap migrant workers to get export advantages has lost vitality gradually.Thus,China＇s new path of industrialization should increase human capital investment into migrant workers and the new type of industrialization can not be deviated from agricultural modernization.
