国际大城市交通拥堵社会问题处理经验借鉴——基于交通社会学的视角

交通运输业是国民经济中的一个重要的物质生产部门,它把社会生产、分配、交换与消费各个环节有机联系起来,是保证社会活动得以正常进行和发展的前提条件。我国大城市目前处于交通拥堵社会问题普遍存在和突发的阶段。如何处理交通拥堵等社会问题,成为大城市社会经济健康发展的重要评价因素。世界发达国家和发达城市,在处理交通拥堵社会问题方面取得了较为丰富的经验。在充分借鉴国际经验的基础上,结合我国大城市的具体情况,能够提出我国大城市处理交通拥堵社会问题的主要方法和对策。

Transportation is an important material production sectors of national economy.It connects the social production,distribution,exchange and consumption,and it is the prerequisite to ensure normal social activities and development.The relationship between transportation and social development has been an important issue of common concern by all sectors of society,especially in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and other big cities.A lot of science researches and initiatives had been put in transportation and social economic conflicts,and coordinating development issues.China＇s major cities are now in a stage that social problems of traffic widespread.How to solve the problems originate by transportation has been the vital factor of evaluation of social economic sound development in cities.The world＇s developed countries and developed cities have rich experience in handling of the traffic jams social issues.We should full draw the international experience,combined with the specific situation of China＇s major cities,and could put forward the main means and plans in dealing with our traffic jams social problems.
