摘要
综述了近年来枇杷果实采后贮藏保鲜技术的研究进展,包括:物理保鲜,化学保鲜和生物保鲜.文中对应用性较强、易于产业化的保鲜方法作了详细阐述,并展望了未来枇杷保鲜技术的发展方向.
Recent research development of preservation techniques for loquat fruit is summarized including physical,chemical and biological methods.The applied methods and trend in fresh loquat storage technologies are also prospected.
