Research Advancement on the Treatment of Hepatitis by Using Interferon

干扰素联合用药是治疗慢性乙型肝炎和丙型肝炎中最常用的治疗方案,联合用药不但可以提高干扰素的治疗效果,还可减轻干扰素的不良反应.但是,干扰素联合用药也存在着一定问题,如何改善现有的治疗方案和利用基因工程手段寻找新的治疗肝炎药物是此后一段时期该研究领域学者将要面临的新的挑战.

The combination of interferon with other drugs is one of most commonly used methods for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B and hepatitis C.The combination of interferon would not only improve the therapeutic effect,but also alleviate adverse reactions induced by interferon.However,the combination is not perfect.The scholars in this field have to face the challenge to improve the current scheme and utilize gene engineering methods to discover new drugs for the treatment of hepatitis.
