常规抗心衰药物加β受体阻滞剂治疗心力衰竭的体会

Conventional therapy with β-receptor blockers in the treatment of heart failure

目的探讨β－肾上腺素能受体阻滞剂在心力衰竭中的应用。方法选择心力衰竭患者４６例，在常规应用强心、利尿、扩血管药物治疗基础上，加用β受体阻滞剂倍他乐克６周后，以自身对照比较治疗前后患者临床指标变化，评估其临床有效性和安全性。结果应用倍他乐克后心力衰竭患者心功能明显改善，２周有效率４７８％，应用６周有效率６９６％。结论在常规抗心衰药物治疗基础上加用β受体阻滞剂可明显改善患者心脏功能，提高患者生存率。

Objective\ To explore the use of β-receptor blockers in the treatment of heart failure.Method\ 46 patients with unsatisfactory results of previous ordinary therapy took metoprolol during the conventional treatments with digitalis,diureticis,and vasodilator.Six weeks later,the clinical indices were compared with those before the use of metoprolol,and the effectiveness and the safety were assessed.Result\ [WT5 BZ]After use of metoprolol,the heart functions of the patients with heart failure were improved significantly.The rate of effectiveness is 47 8% in 2 weeks and 69 6% in six weeks.Conclusion\ Use of β-receptor based on conventional therapy may significantly improve the heart function of the patients and increase the survival rate.
