响应面法优化橙皮中黄酮类物质的提取及抗氧化性研究 被引量:1

摘要 选用微波辅助提取橙皮中黄酮类物质并对其抗氧化活性进行了研究,通过单因素试验和响应面优化确定了橙皮中总黄酮提取工艺为:微波功率231W,提取时间为72s,料液比为1:34,目数在80目,提取两次,其含量达到最大,为16.58mg/g。同时检测其对DPPH自由基的半清除浓度EC50为40.5μg/mL。 The extraction of flavonoids from orange peel with microwave assisted and antioxidant activity were studied in this paper.The best processing conditions were attained by single factors and RSM,when solid-liquid ratio was 1:34,mesh was 80,at 231W for 72s,two times,the yield of flavonoids was 16.58mg/g.The result of DPPH radical scavenging effect showed that the EC50(Half elimination concentration) was 40.5μg/mL.
