摘要
针对当前师范生教育技术能力的培训现状,根据《中小学教师教育技术能力标准》,对师范生教育技术能力的培养目标和要求进行分析,在"主导—主体"教学设计模式指导下提出师范生教育技术能力的培养模式,并对其流程进行具体分析,旨在提高师范生教育技术能力培训的实效性,从根本上促进师范生的教育技术能力建设。
By analyzing the current situation of pre-service teacher training and based on the Standards of Educational Technology of China(SETC),this paper analyzed the training objectives and requirements of educational technology abilities in pre-service teacher training and put forward an Educational Technology Training Model(ETTM) of Per-service Teacher on the basis of instructional design model in which teachers' guiding role and students' participating role are emphasized,then analyzed its procedure in detail in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of educational technology training of pre-service teacher and facilitate the construction of pre-service teacher's educational technology abilities.
