区域生态环境状况综合评价——以甘肃省庆阳市为例

Integrated evaluation of eco-environmental status in Qingyang City

为了客观地掌握庆阳市生态环境状况、分析存在的问题,对政府制定合理的区域规划和经济发展战略提供科学依据,根据国家环保总局颁布实施的《生态环境状况评价技术规范(试行)》,运用生物丰度、植被覆盖、水网密度、土地退化和环境质量指数等五个指标,对庆阳市的生态环境状况进行评价与分析。结果表明:庆阳市总体生态环境状况良好,植被覆盖度较高,生物多样性较丰富,但存在水资源贫乏、土地退化等制约条件。其中宁县、正宁、镇原、华池及合水等五个县区生态环境状况为"良";庆城、西峰和环县等三个县区生态环境状况为"一般"。针对各县区存在的问题,分别对原油开采、煤炭产业以及现有生态环境保护提出建议。

The eco-environmetal status of Qingyang was evaluated by the State Environmental Protection Administration of China issued,the evaluation index are as organism abundance index,vegetation cover index,river density index,degradation index and environmental quality index.The results showed that the whole eco-environmetal status of the region may be grouped into the second rate class which contributed by the better vegetation cover an the richer organism abundance.This paper drows conclusions of eco-environmetal of every town：（1） Good： Ningxian,Huachi,Zhengyuan,Heshui and Zhengning;（2） Common： Qingcheng,Xifeng and Huanxian.Water resouce shortage and land degradation are the major problems in Qingyang.So authers proposed some comments for the different problems of crude oil,coal industry and environmentl protection.
