新疆天山北坡城市群经济联系分析

Economic contacts of urban agglomerations at northern slope of Tianshan Mountains

在经济全球化与区域一体化进程不断加快的背景下,城市间的经济联系日益加深。城市流强度是表示城市对外服务功能的量化指标,描述了城市对外联系的强弱。文中以天山北坡城市群为研究区域,运用城市流强度模型,对其城市流强度和结构,以及城市的产业结构趋同性进行了分析。结果显示:对外经济联系具有显著的规模等级差异,形成了以乌鲁木齐为中心的强核单中心结构;并且根据发展态势,这种结构特征将继续加强;制造业发展不足、城市的综合实力低导致了城市间经济联系强度不足、城市群发育程度低。区域内产业结构趋同性强,导致了城市间经济联系受阻。

With the accelerating process of the economic globalization and regional integration,the various contacts among cities becoming more and more close and complicated.Urban flow intensity represents the quantitative index of external service capability of a city,and it describes the contacts among cities.We took the urban agglomerations at the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains as an example,according to the model of intensity of urban flow,calculated the strength and structure of urban flow,and analyzed the industry structure convergence among cities.The result indicates that： the foreign economic contacts take on notable hierarchical structure and it has formed the strong single center;Urumqi is the core city with high urban flow intensity;the trend of centralization becomes increasingly stronger;underdevelopment manufacture and comprehensive economic induce weakness of economic contacts among cities,and the urban agglomerations are still in the forming and developing stage.Meanwhile,the similar industrial structure stops the economic contacts among cities at the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains.
