节水评价指标体系构建及对策研究

Evaluation index system establishment for water conservation and countermeasures

我国水资源供需矛盾非常突出,水资源节约利用势在必行。然而在用水严峻的今天仍存在浪费水资源的现象。水资源节约利用评价成为解决这一问题的主要工具。根据我国水资源利用状况及问题,提出节水评价指标体系,建立评价模型对其评价,并提出促进水资源节约利用的对策措施约束用水浪费行为。

The contradiction of water resources supply and demand is very prominent in our country,and economical use of water resources is imperative.But there are still wasting water phenomenon today.The assessment of economical use of water resources is the main tool to solve this problem.According to the situation and problems of water use in our country,we put forward evaluating index system for water conservation,establish evaluating model to evaluate it,and put forward the countermeasures of promoting the economical use of water resources to constraint the behavior of water-wasting.
