摘要
用样带法研究了藏北高寒植被群落物种多样性及其与土壤环境因子之间的关系,对3类高寒植被多样性指数和7个土壤指标进行相关性分析和回归分析。结果表明:从高寒草原到高寒荒漠植被,群落组成逐渐趋于简单化;土壤环境因子影响多样性指数,高寒植被土壤有机质、全氮、有效氮、全磷和多样性指数及丰富度指数有极显著(P<0.01)正关系;均匀度指数与所有环境因子之间的关系均未达到显著水平。回归分析结果表明,土壤有机质和全氮对高寒植被物种多样性影响较大。
Relationships between species diversity and the soil factors of alpine grassland in north Tibet were studied.Correlation and regression analysis were used to study the relationships between 3 diversity indexes and 7 soil factors.Results indicated that community composition gradually tends to simplify from alpine grassland to alpine desert.Soil organic matter,total nitrogen,available nitrogen and total phosphorus were positive correlative to species diversity and richness significantly(p〈0.01);Relationships between evenness index and all of the soil factors were not reach significant level.Stepwise regression analysis showed that soil organic matter and total nitrogen had great impact on species diversity.
