摘要
目的研究电子束CT对犬心脏的三维重建。方法犬静脉注射造影剂Ultravist后,经电子束CT增强容积扫描得到犬心脏断面图像,采用表面重建法,在PentiumⅡ主机上,完成心脏三维重建。结果由于克服了配准等缺点,因此重建出的三维心脏精确,光滑,且能任意角度旋转。
Objective To reconstruct the 3 D image of dog heart from electron beam CT (EBCT). Methods After injecting Ultravist to dogs vein, a series of dog heart section image was obtained by using enhanced volume scanning of EBCT. Then surface reconstruction was applied to reconstruct 3 D image of whole heart with PentiumⅡ computer. Results Owing to overcome registration, 3 D image looks like realistic and can be viewed in any orientation. Conclusion The method may be practical in reconstructing clinical human organs.
