摘要
目的研究乳腺导管上皮不典型增生细胞核DNA含量与细胞形态学参数的关系。方法应用图像分析系统对17例正常乳腺、36例乳腺导管上皮不典型增生及45例浸润性导管癌细胞DNA含量及形态参数进行测量。结果在正常组、不典型增生组及癌组,细胞核DNA含量、DNA指数、核面积、核周长、核平均直径以及形状因子差异均有显著性(P<005)。细胞核DNA含量与核面积呈正相关(rs=054,P<001)。结论对乳腺导管上皮细胞核DNA含量及形态学分析有助于乳腺癌的早期诊断和鉴别诊断。
Objective To study the relationship between DNA content and cytomorphometric parameters in atypical intraductal hyperplasia of breast. Methods For the purpose of detecting the morphometric parameters and content of cell nuclei, 17 cases of normal breast tissues, 36 cases of atypical intraductal hyperplasia and 45 cases of infiltrating ductal carcinoma were measured by image analysis system (JDIAS A). Results There were significant differences in the nuclear DNA content, DNA index, nuclear area, perimeter, mean diammeter and form factors ( P< 0 05). There was significantly positive correlation between DNA in the nucldar DNA contents and nuclear area ( r s=0 54, P< 0 01). Conclusion Aanalysis of nuclear DNA and morphometric parameters in intraductal epithlial may be useful in the early and identified diagnosis of breast carcinomas.
