喉内、外淋巴管网分布

The inner and the outer laryngeal lymphaties

目的为了研究喉内淋巴管的分布特点以及与喉邻近器官淋巴管的吻合情况。方法用２２具死后不久的胎婴儿尸体，３００ｇ·Ｌ－１普鲁士蓝氯仿液，淋巴管间接注射法，显微镜观察。结果声带游离缘未见淋巴管，喉内各区淋巴管在前连合和杓区均存在吻合，会厌舌面与舌根、杓区与梨状窝、声门下区与颈段气管内的淋巴管吻合。结论①根据喉内淋巴管的分布特点，分为声门上，左、右声带游离缘，前连合，杓区和声门下区六个分区；②喉内淋巴管与喉邻近器官的淋巴管存在吻合；③喉癌手术时，应充分考虑喉内、外淋巴管之间的吻合特点，切除相应部位。

Objective To study the distribution of the inner and the outer laryngeal lymphaties. Methods Twenty two fresh dead corpses were studied by indirect lymphangiography with dyes and then observed by microscope. Results No lymphatic vessels were found in the free margins of vocal cord. The lymphatic vessels in all larynx were interweaved nets in the anterior commissure and the arythenoid region. The lymphatic vessels of the anterior surface of the epiglottis and the base of the tongue, the arythenoid region and the pyrisorm forsa, the subglottic region and the cervical portion of the trachea were connected with each other. Conclusion ①Based on lymphatic distribution, the larynx might be divided into six regions:supraglottic, right and left free margins of vocal cord, anterior commissure, arythenoid and subglottic regions. ②The inner and the outer laryngeal lymphaties were connected with each other. ③ When the operation of laryngeal cancer was performed, the lymphatic anatomies should be considered.
