摘要
元认知是调节认知过程的心理活动,其应用于教学即学习者对学习活动进行有意识的计划、控制和调节。心理自觉、策略选择以及自我评估三个元认知策略都可以有效介入到非英语专业学生语音学习的过程中,并能收到良好的学习效果。
Meta-cognition is the mental activity to regulate cognitive procedure and applied in teaching,it is the learner's conscious planning,controlling and regulating of their learning activities.Based on theories of meta-cognition,from the aspects of realization,strategy choice and self-evaluation,this paper manages to illustrate how English teachers can effectively put meta-cognition theories into practice in non-English majors' phonetic leaning and achieve good learning effect.
