理工科院校图书馆电子阅读平台存在的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Library Electronic Reading Platform in Science and Engineering Colleges

随着科学技术的迅猛发展,电子阅读平台所具有的互联交换、共享、海量信息的优势,超越了传统书籍对阅读的限制,使图书馆的电子阅读平台成为人们知识获取的重要来源。理工科院校在电子阅读平台建设中存在着资源有限、学科分布不均、资源利用低下、平台使用烦琐等问题。因此,要从拓展电子阅读平台的服务内容、丰富资源、加强电子阅读使用者的培训、提高检索效率、开展文献传递服务、扩展电子阅读资源使用、加强网络安全建设等方面加强电子阅读平台建设。

Along with the rapid development of scientific technology,electronic reading platform has the advantage of exchanging and sharing vast information,exceeding the reading limits of traditional books,which makes library electronic reading platform an important source of knowledge acquisition.There are limited resources,uneven distribution in discipline,low utilizing rate of resources and complexity of platform using in the electronic reading platform construction process of science and engineering colleges.We should expand electronic reading platform service contents,enrich resources,strengthen the training of electronic reading,improve the retrieving efficiency,develop the document delivery service,expand electronic reading resource use and strengthen the construction of network security to improve electronic reading platform construction.
