摘要
目的初步探讨职业性接触一氧化碳(CO)对工人呼吸功能的影响。方法选取某化肥厂造气车间男性非吸烟工人35名为接触组,另选年龄与接触组接近的某机修厂69名无粉尘和有害气体接触史的男性非吸烟工人为对照组,进行班前、班后肺功能测试。结果接触组神经系统非特异症状出现率较高;测试班前和班后1秒时间肺活量、峰值流速、50%肺活量时的最大呼气流速,接触组均显著低于对照组(P<005或001),而接触组自身肺功能各指标班后—班前的配对t检验,差异均未见显著性(P>005)。结论长期接触CO作业可致工人呼吸功能慢性损害,表现为小气道阻塞性改变。
Objective To detect the effect of respiratory function of workers occupationally exposed to carbon monoxide. Methods Pulmonary functions were tested for 35 workers occupationally exposed to carbon monoxide and age matched 69 controls. Results There were more common symptoms of central nervous system occurred in exposed group. Pre shift or post shift test values of FEV 1, PF and 50 significantly decreased in exposed workers( P< 0 05 or 0 01). Otherwise, there is no marked changes between the pre shift and post shift test within the exposed group( P> 0 05). Conclusion There may be an adverse effect on respiratory function if workers occupationally expose to carbon monoxide in workshop.
