摘要 针对个性化信息服务难以有效适应用户需求变化的问题,从行为动机角度分析了需求变化的原因.基于"马斯洛需求层次论"设计了分析信息类别与信息行为所对应需求层次的机制,进而提出了面向行为动机的个性化信息服务模型.通过分析用户行为记录,模型有选择性得将候选推荐内容多样化,通过监测用户反馈,判定其需求变化趋势并主动做出适应.实验结果表明,利用模型优化后的个性化信息服务系统对用户需求变化的适应能力得到有效提高. Existing personalized information services methods have poor adaptability of user interest change.Based on the hierarchy of needs theory,this paper analyzed and classified the reasons of interest change,proposed hierarchical motivations analysis mechanisms of information categories and behaviors,and proposed the personalized information service model.The model analyses the user behavior records,provides diverse recommendations,and sets a feedback monitoring to cope with the interest change actively.Experiments show that the system service supported by the model has a higher quality of personalized service.
